How do I order the Summit video?

The video is $99 now and will increase to $129 on 12/7.

To order the video:

1) Venmo @Suzy-heyman with payment
2) Email heymanhealth@gmail.com AFTER the money is sent with the word VIDEO in the subject line.

The video will be sent to your email as soon as it is available.

Please note: attendees will not receive a copy of the event but can purchase it. All sales go towards the huge cost of the event not covered by attendees.

I’m here! But where do I go?

On Monday and Tuesday the sessions will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 5;00 p.m. in Las Olas Ballroom. Everyone is assigned to a table for each day. You can find your table number in the lower left corner of your badge. The first number is your table for Monday, the second is your table number for Tuesday. Please do not switch tables; Suzy has carefully selected these for you.

If you are staying for the Wednesday workshop, you are assigned to one of six breakout rooms, and the number of your room is the third number in the corner of your badge.

Where do I get my badge?

If you did not attend the Sunday welcome reception, you can pick it up in Las Olas Foyer on Monday morning starting at 7:00 a.m.

How do I tell the hotel staff about my dietary restrictions?

If you listed dietary restrictions when you registered, you will have a red card inside your name badge. Please place the card in front of you when you go to lunch. If you have any questions about the menu for the lunches or Wednesday breakfast, please ask your server.

What if I register but am then unable to attend?

Unfortunately, we are not able to give refunds for tickets, but should a waitlist develop for the Summit, you will be able to transfer/sell your ticket to a person on the waitlist (in order of their priority on the list).

What is the attire for the event?

Attire for the Summit is business casual. For the welcome reception, think “resort chic”!
